Currently, our community is experiencing an influx of soldiers from Fort Bliss and from many other parts of the country and the world. New major industries are choosing to invest in our community - BAE Systems is in the process of adding facilities in and around Elgin; the unemployment rate in Lawton should continue to decrease and our economy should reap many rewards. The Lawton - Fort Sill Cavalry is back in action and ready for another championship; The city has built one Kid Zone and is in the process of building another Playground in the Park; Elmer Thomas Park is and will continue to serve as a fun filled recreational facility, providing a safe atmosphere and family oriented entertainment for the citizens of Lawton and visitors to our great city; the beauty in the mountains, endless activities unique to our community; The economical infrastructure of our community is flourishing; I am excited for our growth and I am very hopeful that real estate will continue to be real good for a real long while.

Lawton - Fort Sill is a strong market for Home Buyers and Home Sellers. Some people try to differentiate between a buyer's market and a seller's market. Lawton - Fort Sill houses a large artillery base that will grow tremendously over the next few years. Homes are and will continue to be a necessity for our current and future residents. I would rather refer to the market as a strong Housing Market. The demand of homes will continue to increase and the supply of homes will continue to decrease.

By August 2002, PCS America was supplying military Housing Offices, both in the United States and Overseas, with online tools to supplement their current relocation information & resources. PCS America has supplied the Housing Offices since 2003 with monthly PCS Books (binders filled with local real estate magazines from many US installations) and PCS Brochures to provide personnel with awareness of the online PCS America resource.

The Time Is Now!

Lawton - Fort Sill is growing. The Housing Market in our great city will continue to rise in value.

There are many factors contributing to the positive growth we are experiencing in our community. However, the primary reason is Supply and Demand. A Brigade of troops will arrive in Lawton - Fort Sill within the next few years. The roads are expanding. New commercial industry is arriving in our town. We are growing and we will continue to grow. The prices of homes have been increasing at a steady rate in our community for many years. However, the housing market will rise much more than usual as the supply of homes becomes less than the great demand we will have.

New construction is ever increasing in Lawton and surrounding towns such as Cache, Elgin, and Geronimo. The price of New Construction has and will continue to increase, just as the prices of Existing Homes has and will continue to increase.

Over the past year, the talk of growth in our community has been heard. Now, the sound is loud, and it is growing in strength and intensity.
